The goal is to improve relationships, learning, instruction, and community by:

  • improving student learning;
  • providing better collaboration on educational decisions;
  • placing the decision making closer to the teaching and learning process;
  • creating an environment that listens, communicates, and responds to the student and staff needs;
  • [and] improving the work environment of administrators and staff which is the learning environment of students.”

Small Group Meetings: These are the times when the staff meets with their small group leaders to discuss issues stemming from the Learing Improvement Team meeting or topics generated from the staff.

Learning Improvement Team meetings: We meet the second Monday evening 6 to 8 PM in room 551.
